Today, the scale was definitely not on my side. I weighed in at
229 pounds this morning, which puts me up
+2 from last week. I could sit here and lie and say I don't' understand how this happened..but I do. It's because I haven't been eating right or exercising..no one to blame for that but myself.
But it is what it is & I'm not going to dwell on it..it's a new week and today was a great day & this week will be a great week!!
Just use that weight gain as motivation to work twice as harder this week! You can do it! :)
